Brody Paine

Brody is a Red Seal chef, having worked at the top executive hotels including the Westin Bayshore, Fairmont and Marriot. A man with a lifelong passion for the culinary arts, Brody followed his love across Italy to discover, first hand, the intricacies of authentic European cuisine.  Brody loves having the freedom to experiment with dishes and his talents earned him his position as Chef for Team USA during the 2006 Turin Olympics.

Our Approach

We focus on sourcing locally grown ingredients with a focus on farm to table cuisine, while also incorporating high-end cuisine techniques and dishes. We incorporate products from our farm which features vegetable gardens, orchards, chickens, quails, geese and more. With a focus on European style cooking, we have a lot of experience cooking different cultural approaches to food. We also provide unique vegan and gluten-free dishes for those interested.
